Can I record a meeting between a family law mediator, my daughter’s mom and myself?

    It depends on the laws in your state but, in general, you have the right to record these meetings as long as you turn on the tape recorder, announce that you are recording the meeting and get a verbal confirmation that all parties consent to the tape or are aware of the tape.

    You can do almost anything you want as long as you ask the people and they agree.. OBVIOUSLY.

    If you are talking about being SNEAKY then you at least need to write WHERE YOU LIVE so we can tell you if your state or country allows people to SNOOP on other people and secretly tape them. (different laws)
