@atheistkyo no its not about tolerating gays, its about being judgemental…if you are a christian that is the hardest sin that you deal with on a daily basis…you believe in what GOd says, but do also believe that everyone deserves to live their lives with the person that they love….if i had a child that was gay, i would pray for them and be down for their happiness (marriage, kids, etc…)..this is a situation that everyone deals with and has a different opinoion for many different reasons

If Star is torn between her gay friends and her taught Christian faith, she should go to a different church. There are many churches that accept everyone; hetero or gay.
And plus, why should we be voting over marriage? OMG, how theocratic is this nation? We’re supposed to be living in a nation of freedom, but this Bible-driven nation isn’t giving people that right?

The Swedish pastor, the dumb blond talks about, was accused of “hate speech” after preaching that homosexuals where a cancer on our society. We could discuss if that kind of laws are good or not but when there are such there can be no exceptions for preachers. He was freed with reference to freedom of speech. He never spent any jail time.
Republicanism and Conservative values have, unfortunately, become the “politically correct” face of homophobia, xenophobia and racism.
I’m not american, but if I was, I’d be FURIOUS that groups are mining the basic freedoms that made USA “the land of the free”.

Pretty soon gays will be jumping up and down for joy when the gay judge in California declares Prop 8 Unconstitutional. Of course that’s not the end of things and it may wend its way to the supreme court. I think the judge is taking such a long time because he is trying to craft a decision that will not require SCOTUS review.
